Rosehip is a tonic for a tired and worn out body; anise soothes repiratory pathways; licorice eases tension; clove and cardamom jump start your body; and calendula cleanses and detoxifies.

Ingredients:  Rosehip, anise, raspberry, nettle, licorice, cardamom, rooibos, clove, calendula + safflower petals.

Brewing hot tea: Bring freshly drawn cold water to a rolling boil.   Place 1 teaspoon of tea for each cup into the teapot. Pour the boiling water into the teapot. Cover and steep for 3 - 7 minutes (the longer the steep, the stronger the tea).  Best when consumed without milk and sugar. 

Brewing iced tea (1 qt):  Place 6 teaspoons of tea into teapot or heat resistant pitcher. Pour 1 ¼ cups of freshly boiled water over the tea. Steep for 5 minutes. Quarter fill a serving pitcher with cold water. Pour tea into the serving pitcher, straining the leaves. Add ice and top-off the pitcher with cold water. Garnish and sweeten to taste.  A rule of thumb for preparing fresh-brewed tea is to double the hot tea since it will be poured over ice and diluted with cold water.
