Returns & Refunds:
We remain 100% dedicated to our customers.  We realize there are many other coffee roasters, tea shops and candy stores from which you could shop … so we are extremely honored you chose us.  In exchange for the opportunity to serve you, we have a fairly liberal return and exchange policy that allows us to accept returns on all non-perishable merchandise for up to 30 days from the date of purchase.  However, due to the nature and shelf-life of our consumable products such as coffee, tea, and candy, we simply cannot accept returns—even if the returned packages were to appear to be unopened.

Please be careful when selecting the grinds, sizes, and other fields associated with many of our products.  While we make every effort to give you as many product variations as possible, Bean Therapy is not responsible for sending (free) replacement orders for those made in error by the customer.  For example, if a customer orders a pound of coffee and selects a Turkish grind in error, Bean Therapy will not substitute a different grind if the order has already been processed.  The reason is simple: once the beans are ground, the clock starts ticking on freshness and we may not be able to turn the coffee unless another order for a Turkish grind (of the same variety) was received at the same time.  If the order is cancelled or you contact our warehouse (either by phone or email) prior to processing and packaging, we will make every effort to adjust the order as necessary.  If the order ships exactly as entered and accepted by the customer, the sale is final.  If Bean Therapy is in error and incorrectly fills an order, we will either (on your request) credit your account, or send the proper item at no charge to you (and you may keep the item sent in error). 

Customers returning non-perishable items will have the choice of exchanging an unopened product for another available in our on-line store, or receiving a full refund (minus shipping).  If a refund is desired, a credit will be applied to the same card used to purchase the item originally.
